(i )Service before Sales  

Each project is assigned a technical support group to support the overall engineering planning, 

design processing, installation, and adjustment, as well as engineering acceptance and to guarantee 

the quality and project schedule of the designated project.

(ii)Service after Sales  

BHJ covers the maintenance of the entire SAS including both hardware and software, 

free of charge, within the 1-year warranty. 

(iii) Technical Training  
The equipment bidder is responsible for carrying out technical training for the technical staff 
of the user party before equipment installation, mainly the comprehensive training to the technical 
staff designated by the user involved in designing, installation, and maintenance.The training includes 
both lessons on various network, maintenance as well as equipment related technology and practical
 operation training. After the training the user should be able to carry out such work as maintenance,
 fault solving, testing etc. independently. In general, the training aims to guarantee the normal, 
safe and reliable operation of the SAS system and satisfy the various demands of the user.
